Michael Boyd
Founder, CEO and Lead Advisor Sales, Marketing and Commercialization
With more than 25 years of leadership experience across food, beverage, and consumer packaged goods he is known for building and scaling high-performance commercial organizations by unifying sales, marketing, operations, and revenue strategy into a single, execution-focused growth engine.
Currently, Michael serves as a Partner and Advisor for Pricklee, a prickle pear based natural hydration brand, where he is developing the brand and growth strategy, optimizing supply chain and sourcing as well as building the sales and route to market strategy. Additionally, he serves as the Head of Retail and Distribution for RAIN Bottling Company where he is focused on retail expansion and route to market optimization.
Most recently, Michael served as President of Proud Source Water and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Source Global, where he led multi-site manufacturing, operations, and commercial strategy across multiple brands and verticals. His role included post-acquisition integration, launching breakthrough innovation into the U.S. market, and scaling revenue and distribution across retail, foodservice, and co-manufacturing channels.
Previously, Michael was Chief Revenue Officer at Caulipower, where he oversaw all revenue-generating functions and drove tighter alignment across sales, marketing, pricing, shopper marketing, and promotional effectiveness. Before that, he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Global Sales at GT’s Living Foods, leading global sales, trade marketing, category management, revenue and margin management, and retail execution while strengthening the company’s category leadership and profitability.
Michael also spent several years with The Wonderful Company, holding progressive leadership roles including Vice President & General Manager of U.S. Retail and Senior Sales Director for National Accounts, working across iconic brands such as FIJI Water, Wonderful and Justin Wines. Earlier in his career, he held senior sales and strategy roles at Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and Acosta Sales & Marketing, developing deep expertise in national accounts, sales strategy, and retail execution.
